2007 Granja Viana 500

Photos continue to roll in from the all-Canadian team competing in the Granja Viana 500 race in Brazil. After starting well back in the race, the members of the BSRKC Canadian "Dream Team" worked their way up to cross the finish line in 13th place out of 68 karts, 7 laps behind the winner who completed 581 laps. The fourth and fifth place teams were subsequently disqualified for clutch irregularities, promoting the BSRKC team to a well-deserved 11th place.

The team was chosen from competitors in the Brian Stewart Racing Karting Championship Series. This outstanding prize for five drivers was sponsored by A to Z Capital Corp., Andy DeFrancesco, BSRKC and MG Tires. Congratulations to Michael Glaze, Pearce Herder, Jake Collison, Tyler Hendricks and Steve Lyons.
